elow is a very fine  example of a Lock & Co London made gentleman's vintage silk top hat.  Complete with its original cardboard box marked sable, Sandown 7 1/8.  The hat is approx 5 7/8" tall, white leather inner headband, approx 21 3/4" inner circ, the band may be a later replacement.  Initialled JDAJM.  Externally in very good condition.  Overall in very good condition for its age, a good looking hat ideal for the races or a wedding, please see our other lots for a selection of vintage morning suits.
