A Victorian Miniature Collapsible Silk/Top Hat.  Possible made as an apprentices trade sample.  Approx 7 1/2 inches x 6 inch brim.  Inner circ approx 12 inch. Ideal for the Monkey at the fair ground.  Made by the leading manufacturers of the day Tress & Co.  Metal spring frame with shot inner black silk lining. In good condition for its age.  Iconic Victorian stove pipe shape.  Approx 3 3/4 inches tall.
