Victorian Calcutta Made Crocodile Covered Pistol Case.

A very well made Late Victorian century pistol case.  Made by R B Rodda & Co Gun and Rifle makers, 2 Wellesley Place, Calcutta, works Whittal Street, Birmingham, England.  The box / case is approx 10 3/4 x 6 1/2 x 3 inches.  Bright white metal type corner reinforcements,  Very high grade crocodile skin covering.  Original handle present and in good condition.  The spring catch and lock work however the key is absent. The inner is velvet lined, some damage/wear to inner compartments.  Overall in very good condition for its age.
